Maritime Air Charters Hawaii operation uses a Grumman Gulfstream I. The Gulfstream I is a twin engine, turbo-prop aircraft pressurized and air-conditioned for a comfortable trip across the Pacific Ocean or for short hops between the Hawaiian Islands. It carries up to 19 passengers with plenty of room for their associated luggage.

The Gulfstream I cruises at speeds of approximately 350 mph, quickly and smoothly transporting passengers to their destination. It is certified for operation up to 30,000 ft allowing for preferred altitudes that will avoid turbulence and weather. These capabilities provide a smooth ride for our passengers.
From Honolulu, the Gulfstream is able to provide longer trips with a range of up to 1,500 miles or accommodate short hops between the islands.

Maritime Air Charters uses the advanced navigation capabilities of Global Positioning System (GPS) for primary oceanic navigation.

Currently, our aircraft provides for unscheduled charters to Midway Atoll, Christmas Island, Wake Island, and Palmyra Atoll located in the Pacific.
